throxy is a small applied research lab working on the future of sales, based in London. We're a team of researchers, engineers, and technologists building AI agents that generate sales pipeline for our customers.
We sell the outcome, not the tooling. Our customers care that qualified pipeline shows up and closes revenue — not how it's produced. That thesis — “The next $1T company will be a software company masquerading as a services firm.” — shapes how we work: we own the whole problem, and we're measured on results.
How we build
We're small, senior, and AI-native. Engineers here own problems end to end — research, system design, implementation, and the production behaviour that follows — and ship fast. There isn't a layer between the people who decide what to build and the people who build it; it's the same people.
